Brilliant chapter! Dumbledore finally has begun to see the cost of his meedling. Go, Hermione! I really loved the gifts. And how well Severus, Hermione, and Harry get along as a family.

darkfire is on the list but what about moonfire.
dumbles has really well and truly cocked up and should never be welcomed at sevs ever again, treating harry like dirt all his life, then pretending to like him, good old hermiones gifts.
it was a shame the letter to herm came to nothing, maybe there be a reference in a book somewhere about what the symbol means

So, she really told him off! Good for her! I also liked how Severus considers his children before himself when he talked to Albus.
