Gets worse and worse, doesn't it? Well, hiding injuries is a normal thing for Harry, I suppose. If Draco was hurt that badly, I can just imagine how much worse Harry's are. At least, Ron and Hermione are within the loop now and can hopefully begin to get Harry to look upon his new Head of House differently (well...her at least).

I'm really curious about what role Neville is playing. Does this mean that he isn't as scared of Severus as he seems to be?

    Great chapter!

    Author's Response:

That is a really good question about what Neville's role is going to be. We might see more of Neville's role in the upcoming chapters as soon as I write them. And that's ultimately the plan for Hermione and Ron to get Harry to trust Snape. It seemed in the books that Hermione was usually the one to accomplish this. Thanks for the review. :)

What a great chapter, how is sev going to protect harry and draco. Ron needs to listen to Hermione. Glad Draco will be with Harry and Sev. Pleae post again soon!

    Author's Response:

I'm still working on how Snape's going to protect them. I haven't quite figured that part out yet. And I absolutely agree. Ron does need to listen to Hermione. Thanks for the review. :)

Please can we have the back story of what happened in the house and how Draco defended Harry? Thnk you for updating

Author's Response: I'm definitely going to give you the back story on what happened in the next chapter. It just is going to be a bit before I finish writing it and then updating (maybe Saturday). And you're very welcome.

I wonder what Severus will do to show Harry that he hasn't lost his home, but merely found a new one? I hope that the House meeting will solve some of the problems. I'm really happy that Harry's former House is supportive and standing by his side.

    Great chapter!

    Author's Response:

Well, I've always thought that Gryffindors stick together through anything. I should have an update on Saturday sometime. Thanks for the review.

I am intrigued about what happened to Harry and Draco and how the relationship has changed between the two boys as well as Hermione and Ron. I do like how you write Snape and the remarks about how disastrous trying to teach Harry about Occulmency if they were to remain, in essence, enemies was quit witty. I am looking forward to more.

Author's Response: The back story is in the next chapter. I just haven't finished it yet. It should be updated on Saturday, though. Thanks for the review.

I'm really enjoying this story, and your first person perspective is unique. I love knowing Snape's thoughts.

I'm interested to see how Snape handles a Slytherin Harry.

Author's Response: Thanks, Pandora. I should have an update up Saturday.

Harry is a Parselmouth, and the actual snake language is called Parseltongue. =)

    This was pretty good...

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I had fixed the ff.net version, but forgot this one. Either way, thank you. I'm glad you like it.

It's going to be near impossible for him to convince Harry. It was wrong of them to force this re-sort on Harry. I cannot blame him for hating them for this travesty of a situation.

Author's Response: Thanks for your review. There's a reason why Dumbledore gave Snape approval, which for both Snape and Dumbledore, they think it is in Harry's best interest at the moment. But I don't blame Harry for hating either one of the two, so I'm with you. Again, thanks.

Loved the interaction between Sinestra and Severus. I really like how you are writing them and am looking forward to reading more of this and finding out how well Harry survives the night as he begins his acclimation to Slytherin.

Author's Response: Yes, the keyword in the sentence is 'survive'. :) I must say that writing Sinistra and Snape is kind of my favorite part because I find writing Harry is extremely hard to do, which is probably why we've only seen an angry Harry so far. Thanks for the review.
