I think Harry will be in for some teasing and staring for a while. After helping to cause the accident, I would think that Malfoy would keep his mouth shut. If Snape heard about him teasing Harry, Harry wouldn't have to worry - Snape would kill him.
You have such an easy flow to your writing style that is quite enjoyable. A random note for you...I don't know if it is how you are uploading chapters or if it is the site, but the print is very small and the site won't enlarge it like with any other story making it very difficult to read.

Lovely interactions here funny and in character!
Excellent chapter. I loved Harry's reaction. And the reactions of his friends as he went back to the tower was great!
This was a great chapter, offered insight on what Harry's thinking. Can't wait for more!
