Reviews For Perfectus Memoria
Author's Response: Indeed, that was my logic. I thought it a touch of poetic justice that Voldie's own arrogance was responsible for his second demise. Thanks for the R&R. ~D
Author's Response: Glad it was able to hold your attention when pitted again the exciting wonder that is house work. LOL ^^ Thanks for the R&R - glad you enjoyed it! ~D
Author's Response: Thank you! Not sure I'd exactly call it short, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. ^^ Thanks for the R&R. ~D
x Author's Response: *blushes ten shades of scarlet* Why, thank you! I had a lot of fun writing this, but the truth is, it was less effortless than it seems. I had to nip and tuck and edit. There were times when I just stared at the screen for an inordinate stretch of time going, "Duuuuh... now when do I go? Hmmmm...." A few times, I think I literally banged my head against my desk in frustration because the characters and events wouldn't behave! Anyhow, I'm going to stop blabbering, now. Thanks so much for the kind review! I'm glad you enjoyed reading it. ^^ ~D
Author's Response: You're welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed it! ^^ Thanks for the R&R. ~D
Author's Response: Thank you! ^^
I'm assuming that Harry is being taken care of, by Snape now, since he's there with him in the summer. Darned, I wish the story weren't over! :) Author's Response: Ta, Pandora! ^^ Glad you like the tale - I was a lot of fun to write. As for a sequel... we'll have to see. I have about a gazillion and one other fics I wanna work on, and that's just in this fandom! LOL Thanks again. ~D
Author's Response: Thank you! To be quite honest, I hadn't decided whether I was going to let Harry live or die until about halfway through writing. Glad to know I wasn't entirely predictable! Furthermore, as a lover of irony, I couldn't resist the temptation of making Voldie's own arrangance contribute largely to his second demise. Glad you enjoyed the tale - thanks for the R&R! ~D
It leaves some questions though, about the horcruxes and whether Harry really will have to die. But overall a very good trip in an alternate possibility. I really, really loved this story. Well done! I have not favorited anything in a long time, but I favorited your story. Author's Response: When I decided to keep Harry alive after his ordeal, it was because I wanted to write this epilogue - I wanted Snape and Harry to brew the potion together and for Harry to decide that his life had become full enough that he no longer yearned quite so much for the memories of his parents. As for the questions that remain: that was entirely intentional. Sometimes having all the answers is nice, but others... there's nothing quite like a few lingering questions to keep the neurons firing. What about the other horcruxes? What about the horcrux in Harry? Will Voldemort come back again? I dunno. I've a few ideas, but that really wasn't my purpose for this tale. Maybe I'll write a sequel sometime, maybe not. Maybe someone else will. Anyhow, I am so glad you enjoyed this story. I offer you a great amount of gratitude as the own who offered up the challenge. The moment I read it, I knew I had to write it. When the Fest came along, I knew I had to claim the challenge as MINE - I don't think I've ever responded to anything so fast. LOL Thanks for the R&R throughout and for the inspiration that made this story possible. ^^ ~D
Author's Response: Then, I am most honored. I glad you enjoyed the story - I, myself (arrogant though it sounds), am quite satisfied with how it turned out. Thanks for all the wonderful reviews. Regards. ^^ ~D |
