Aw, I so love a Snape who's drowning in guilt. :) Poor... bastard. Heh. On the one hand, I couldn't picture him confessing like that to Hagrid, but on the other, like he said, "guilt can do funny things to you".
Loved the ending of the chapter, by the way. It sort of gave glimpse into inner workings of Snape, the conflict emotions and all.
Author's Response: Thanks. I liked writing the ending of the chapter. You should have been able to distinguish at least six different voices in it.

Phew! I'm glad that Snape intervened. Hagrid will keep the students safe; especially Harry.
I'm anxious for everyone to know that Snape is innocent.
Great chappie.
Author's Response: Thanks. :)
Poor Severus. He has given so much of his soul to this cause and it has drained him of all happiness. It's terrible that his only wish beyond the destruction of Dumbledore is death. I hope that he will find a new reason to live and soon.
Author's Response: He'll definitely find a reason. Thanks for the review. :)
Good chapter.
Author's Response: Thanks. :)
