I liked Flitwick's cameo. Seems like, ah, everyone who's on the "good" side starts suspecting there's something else going on with Snape, huh? Good.

    Author's Response: Thanks. :D

I'm so glad that Snape and Harry are on better terms, and that Harry would defend Snape's name when the time comes.

    Exciting chappie. Of course!

    Author's Response: Thanks. :)

I hope that Hagrid listened carefully to what Perseus/Harry said. Perhaps Hagrid will begin to realize that there might be more to the story than he and the other professors know.

I know that Harry doesn't really want to learn dark curses, but realizes that sometimes you have to fight fire with fire. If there is one thing that Harry is good at it's learning spells.

    Author's Response: Thanks. :)

Great character interactions. I do wonder, though, whether the canon Snape would allow other teachers to doubt his allegance to Voldemort. However, you have hinted at mental illness in the previous chapter so it may just be an evolution of his character, not to mention that Severus might well have a subconcious death-wish.

Author's Response: I don't think Snape knows what Flitwick said, and Snape doesn't truly have a mental illness. It's just extreme remorse. Thanks. :)
