I don't understand either why Harry's so concerned about Sinistra in particular. Maybe it's just Harry's 'saving thing' wheeling into action. :)

With that kind of injuries, I'd've thought Sinistra would bleed to death rather... quickly. Well, good thing Harry found her, then.
On a side note, one cannot Apparate within Hogwarts. So, technically, Snape couldn't have done that... Ah, what the heck, I don't want anyone to die! :D
Author's Response: Not to argue or anything, but Dumbledore apparated with Harry in Half-Blood Prince. So going off that instance, I'm using it to say that because Snape's headmaster now he can do it too. Thanks for pointing that out, though.

Aw, I so love a Snape who's drowning in guilt. :) Poor... bastard. Heh. On the one hand, I couldn't picture him confessing like that to Hagrid, but on the other, like he said, "guilt can do funny things to you".
Loved the ending of the chapter, by the way. It sort of gave glimpse into inner workings of Snape, the conflict emotions and all.

Well, I wish there was a bit less violence, but, yeah, it's sort of understandable why Snape had to do it. Keeping up appearances and all that.
