maintaining the tension between the two of them, shows that death is no barrier.

If circumstance had been different, I think that Severus would have eventually have come to be on far friendlier terms with Harry. It's too bad that their understanding happened after Severus' death. I am glad that Severus was there to support Harry as he walked to his death at Voldemort's hands.

Author's Response: i agrre, that if Snape was to survive te war that him and Harry would've been Friendlier towards each other. i was going to add the others to this, but didn't for the fact that i wanted this to be like a finally "thank you" and "goodbye" between the two.

Awe... I loved it when Harry said that Snape shouldn't mock the Gryffindor Bravery. That part made me laugh. Your ending was very nice also. Great job. :)

Author's Response: LOL! i was listning to the Wizard Rock song "The Bravest Man I Ever Knew" and was trying to come up with a way to put that into this story, and i thought of that line because of all the times in canon that Snape Mocked the "Gryffindor Bravery".

Author's Response: yea, it took me for ever to write this becaue i was cryingthe whole time! i love the Snarking betwen theses two in cannon, and no story would be complete with out it.

Lovely short story: I really enjoyed the antagonistic but (eventually) friendly dialogue between Harry and Severus and I thought it was very in character for Harry to want to thank Severus.

Author's Response: Thanks. that was the one thing I hated with Canon, that Sev died and Harry didn't get his chance to say thanks fotr always watching his back.
