I'm not a huge fan of the first chapter. It just doesn't seem to let the story flow right. I was confused as to who was even talking most of the time. But I do like Chapter 2. I almost wish Dudley would be able to hit Harry a little and leave a bruise for the Professor to find when he returns. I do hope Dudley learns manners/respect eventually, but he shouldn't change overnight either. He is afterall a product of his environment where he was encouraged to beat on Harry. I think it would be best for the Professor to find out about that as soon as possible so he can start to work on it with Dudley.
Author's Response: You are not alone with not like the first chapter apparently. I meant for it to be a little vague and keep people guessing and get them interested, but apparently it backfired. I'm glad you like chapter 2 though. And Dudley is in for a shock, though that won't put him on the strait and narrow right away either.
