Awww! I love it that Harry gave Filch and Mrs. Norris Christmas pressents. The Wizard Wargame was cool, as well. I'm looking forward to the next chapter very much.

Otherwise, it's excellent.
Aww... I know Filch is a pain in the arse, and down-right sadistic at times, but you can't help but feel sorry for him. Mrs Norris is the only thing that seems to like him, and he's the only person who can't do magic in an enchanted castle. So that was nice of you- I mean, Harry, to give him a present. :P And I loved the wizard version of Risk! More, please!

Wow, excellent story. I love the way you've had Severus's opinions of Harry change gradually and not just because he feels sorry for him, but also because he's starting to see evidence he wasn't aware of before. And Harry having an innate talent for potions, that is in fact getting in his way, is a wonderful idea. After all, he had to have inherited something from his mum other than his eyes! ;)
Wonderful angsty stuff and great reactions from Severus. I liked that you had him take a calming draught as well as offering one to Harry and he's acknowledging his own mistakes as well. Really looking forward to more of this story. Thank you!

Wonderfully written story that needs a hankie alert. Can't wait for more.
I like that Harry has a unique ability to do something with most Potions Masters are unable to master. Great, enjoyable chapter!

This was a great chapter, Sev should join the other students and Harry. I am so glad Harry will be taken away from the Dursleys.
