Lol - you had a great lead in to Dolores Umbridge! I only just guessed before you revealed her. It was really sweet having Harry go to sit next to Snape on the sofa like that. McGonagall with white hair down her back paints a really pretty picture. I'm afraid the films replaced whatever image I had of her before of my own. :(

Oh, such a wonderful chapter!!!! So, for the first time in Harry's Hogwart education the administration FINALLY see him as he really is.....mad. I love the factt that he and Severus have come so very far in such a short time. Hopefully Harry will finally get the help he deserves and needs. Thank you for a chapter that was filled with both laughter and tears. I awaid your next wonderful update.

What an amazing chapter, just goes to show people don't see what they don't want to see. I am so glad Harry helped Sev with the stares from the other professors. I love what Snape is having done to Umbridge and now to the Dursleys. I love that your story is addressing that part of it. Also, holiday in the French Alps, amazing!

Another great chapter, and a nice touch with Peeves haunting Umbridge. Nevertheless, glad you got back to the angsty Snape/Harry meat of the story. ;)
I liked how Harry felt easy enough in his new relationship with Snape to just go over and start a conversation without worrying he'd be snarled at. And that Severus feels close enough to Harry to allow himself to laugh and joke. I can see this happening in a small grouping like this where he's not having to be on his guard to defend his snakes against accusations from self-righteous Gryffindors. Really looking forward to the welfare meeting and McGonagall and Dumbledore's reactions.

Poor Poppy; her instincts are right on. She is going to be horrified when she realizes just how badly abused Harry was by his relatives. I cannot wait to see the reactions of Dumbledore and McGonagall when they find out the truth too. They are sure to be shocked. Dumbledore should have known something was up when Harry practically begged at the end of each school year to not be sent back to his relatives....
It's really terrible that the other professors assumed that Severus had done something terrible to Harry. A single illness generally wouldn't make someone lose that much weight in such a relatively short amount of time. I hope that they feel really awful when they find out truth. I really appreciated it when Harry showed support for Severus by sitting next to him. It's really good that he is so very perceptive and I hope that he never loses that trait.

I really love this story. It's a even meter shall we say, how things are progressing between Harry and Sev. Something tells me I already know who that guardian will be.
Is Sev going to have to see Harry through anything else that would need constant care? I heart those parts :)
