This situation with dueling and Harry´s punishment reminds me our laws in the Czech republic. No, it´s almost the same. There you also cannot kill or harm the offender, or a burglar, if he wants to harm you or stole something from your house. If you will, prison is in order, or penalty as well. You must call the police and wait. The law is not interested, if you suffer or not. You cannot harm or take the life of other, even if you are a victim. I went crazy, when I heard about it. I don´t like it either, so I think, that this situation with Harry is very living. It is unfair, in my opinion, but it happens in real life too. Anyway, I feel sorry for Harry((.
