It's almost sickening to see how Harry works things out in his mind, always thinking that the fault is his when others wrong him. It's just another thing that the Dursleys broke with their mistreatment of him. Grr.
Also, that last sentence was an interesting one. I wonder who the faceless enemy is...
Author's Response: I think that it's just Harry's sense of everybody being out to get him, and that he feels like he's not valued by anybody at all, even himself at this point. There was no distinct face because it's anybody and everybody to him.

Yikes! What a terrible nightmare at the end, but it really fit in well. Clever set up with the detentions and the other players in the story, like Ron. Great chapter.
I started this a few days ago, so figured I better get back over here and finish catching up.
I liked this chapter. Loved seeing Draco get scolded in Potions, and writing his lines. That's a really ideal punishment for him.

Wow, I love it. Nice dance they did around Ron. Ron's a good friend. I love Harry's thoughts, Snape's tiredness and body language of his emotions. This story is really great. Thanks for all the updates!
