Hm, I'm not sure how I feel about Ron tattling on Harry. I mean, I can understand why he did it, but I'm still quite annoyed, lol. That's sweet though, that Harry wants to spend time with Severus.

I'd love to see a Christmas scene, where Snape takes Harry home and maybe gives him a photo album or tells him stories about this mum. I'd feel like that's something Snape would do.
As for some conflict, maybe a misunderstanding? For instance, Harry overhears a conversation between Snape and someone else, belittling him or something along those lines. And then Harry stops coming to Snape...It's not much but I hope it helps a bit!
I think some conflict between Ron and Harry seems inevitable, especially the way he's acting with Harry. I'm sure a fight between them will only solidify Harry and Snape's relationship.

This is so good! Ron is seriously being a prat and I hate that he can't just accept harry and Snape for who they are. :( And also I do feel a bit bat for Minerva because she messed up and all...but confused Snape is so cute! He just doesn't know how to deal with these feelings :) and it's so cute! I can't wait for the Holidays! Please more fluff! :D
