I remembered after I wrote the scene that England has universal heathcare....I didn't know how to fix it and keep the same...mood, so I left it and hoped no one would get to upset. As for my ideas on Manchester, I'm going off the brief scene in HBP and HP Lexicon. I'm sorry if I offened you. (Also, I'd like to point out, I put them about an hour outside of Manchester).
