The conversation between Harry and the Wise One was cool, and Harry received a certain amount of insight into Snape as a result. However, the conversation also acted as a catalyst, causing Harry to engage in deep introspection about his personal situation as well as his relationship with Snape. Can he trust Snape to truly follow through with his promise that Harry will never have to return to the Dursleys' home? I think so-- unless they are BOTH thwarted by Dumbledore. The BATTLE was AWESOME!!! Way to GO, WISE ONE!!!
Yay! Harry finally told him. I'm really proud of Harry, he finally opened up to Sev. Now Sev just has to convince DD.
I adore the Wise One. I wish she was real.

I loved how Snape put things into perspective for Harry and the Wise One's battle is awesome!

Good that Harry realised for himself it would be a good thing to confide in Snape, also that he didn't actually have to do it.Have to agree with Harry, the Wise One's fighting abilities are brilliant. Hope she can help with the basilisk.

This was definitely a good chapter.
The fight with the bloodspawn was cool
And Wise One is awesome! I want to see more!
And it would be a very interesting twist for the basilisk to be saved!!

Awesome fic so far! I must say, I love fics with any type of magical serpent. I paticularly like the way you've used the lore around serpents being healers. How big is she though? I mean, I know she's got to be big (to eat deer and all) but how big?

Great chapter. Great wisdom but not too much mush so I really liked the coversations. I was wondering if harry could go down and Severus follow with the wise one and all 3 confront Tom and the basilisk perhaps not Ron though.

I'm very excited for what Snape will have to say to Dumbledore, it's bound to be amusing. Great chapter. I hope the Wise One will appear again! Oh yes, and the roaring was a nice touch.
