I liked your story very much. Until this chapter. Why, oh why would the sorting hat do such a thing. It's a SORTING hat!
Almost everybody has some ambition, fairness, courage and curiosity! The sorting is about finding your team. While it does so by which of the virtues above you have in abundance, at the end it is about assigning you a team. Other organizations do the same thing but by lottery. They are the ones you do homework with, team sports and twist bread over the common room fireplace.
Now Harry belongs neither here nor there. If his is supposed to be a new house/team then we suddenly have 5. or 8. Or 13. New houses without balanced demographics aka. older students to help them
And on which quidditch team are those kids going to play on? Is Harry staying on the Gryffindor team? Is he playing against Slytherin? They are going to hate him!
Or won't he play at all, until there are seven students in his house?
Where are his points going to be allocated to?
I get why you want more house unity. But this is not a solution!

This was such a brilliant and wonderful story to read. I think it flowed wonderfully and I love the gradual build up from dislike the guardian-ward and mentor-apprentice. I think the combined Houses is an awesome idea. I am surprised no one has thought of it. I also love all the wonderful twists. Even with Ron not liking him at the moment because not everything can be all perfect. Life is unfortunately like that. It makes it more real. I just hope they make up some how. I love that Severus is a Parselmouth. I love stories where he is. It makes it more interesting and different things can happen between Harry and Severus when he is. I love that he understood what Hardy thought and explained and that he was scolded by Albus later on about his almost dying, as well as Harry by Severus when he showed his concern in his own way. I could so much more about this amazing story but than I am afraid it would be too long winded. You're an amazing author and writer and I do hope there will be a sequel some day, even if it's just a short one. Cheers and ta. I am so happy my twin sent this to me. It deserves a twelve.

There needs to be a sequel of this thing. It was alsome. No this needs to be a series. Please make a series of this. So I can keep reading about the wise one and ice fire. Does Ron end up understanding. Do they all end up as friends in the end. Please do not leave me wondering. If this is on fanfiction please p.m. Me. Thank you
