Wonderful chapter; I love the interaction between Severus and Harry, you've portrayed them very accurately and their verbal sparring feels believable. I love how you've used the clothes and the accident to enlighten Severus (and, of course, the latter has allowed Harry to see a kinder side to his old nemesis). I absolutely adore the line "Something dark and dangerous uncoiled in Snape’s gut". Brilliant writing.
Oh dear. Wait till Snape finds out about the Dursleys. Something tells me that those Dursleys are going to be very sorry that they messed with Harry, and rue the day that they dropped Harry off at Snape's house.

Oooo! The plot thickens and Snape isn't as blind as he tries to be around Harry! Good, now that those juices are flowing in his brain he might just figure a thing or three out about our Harry!
