Harry’s display of childish vulnerability was simply beautiful.
I love the idea that Lily introduced Snape to Gobstones to create a link to his mother - a link he only discovered later on in life. And now he feels she is doing something similar with regards to Harry. What an amazing way to show us Lily’s deep compassion and part of why she was so special to Snape.
'I am not your father'. Lol, reminded me of Star Wars.

Aww the gobstones story is too sweet (I'm like that with my best-friend ^^). I expect that those irritatingly paternal feelings are going to grow; I've always thought that canon Severus had a huge capacity for love- he'd just been hurt too badly to actively try again.
I love how he was so indignant at being used as a leaning post.
Wonderful!!! I absolutely loved it. A short chapter, but very much worth it. I love dthe healing scene, Harry's half asleep state, Snape letting him rest on him. The Dad and parental feelings. Even more I liked seeing more into Snape's character, and his past. nice idea with the gobstones and his mother, and having Lily be the one to try and show him things about himself. Great job with Snape's character. Well done!
Aw, that was really sweet. I loved how Harry leant into Snape's chest, and calling him Dad!! I love it. :)
