Awww, poor Sev. I really like how you’ve characterized Mr. Weasley.
Goodness I was in tears for a different reason this time! Poor Sev, poor everyone...

Author's Response: Well, I'm glad it had an emotional impact, however sad a chapter this was. It's just a nasty situation, I admit. Thanks for reviewing!
I know we need our adult Severus back, but it would be nice if this Severus had a chance to grow up as a much beloved little boy.
Author's Response: Yeah, I do sort of wish he could have that too! But alas, Slughorn has almost completed the potion for Dumbledore ...
I really loved this chapter! Not too angsty, but it showed that Sev's childhood wasn't exactly idyllic, and that he's carrying baggage from it just like Harry is. I also liked that Harry found himself "on the other side", so to speak - he does tend to lash out at people who are trying to help him, and in the books everyone seems to tolerate it, more or less. I wish the story could go on and on! Do we get another trip into little Sev's imagination before he's re-aged? Looking forward to more!
Author's Response: Glad you liked it. I wanted to show that Severus is a lot like Harry, and even Draco. Especially because adult Severus keeps his protective fortress up, even with those he cares about. Anyway, I don't have an imagination trip scheduled, but I might be spontaneous! Thank you for the review!
Aww sweet chapter. Got a little scared there when Sev ran off but glad everything was sorted out. :D
Author's Response: Thanks for the feedback. Sev sure was lucky eh? Well, I suppose I helped get him to safety. ;)
