Harry's emotions are so powerful. You can really feel this intensity, and how his emotions are simply overflowing. It reminds me of being twelve! Well done.
Aww. Poor Harry. He's being quite difficult, but I imagine there's a reason behind it we don't really understand yet. But I'm sure Snape will get to the bottom of it.

Harry's "It's Draco" lines/excuse made me laugh. Your comparisons are amazing. I loved this line, "It was as if someone had let all the air out of a balloon, and left the empty shriveled shell of the toy lying on the ground to be tread upon." And this one was just awesome, "Sleep was nothing but a snare, lying in wait until it was inevitably trod over, causing it to snap close holding its victim fast." Harry's reactions to Snape are nice too. I love his constant need of affection/reaffirmation of this since as you said before Draco needs Snape's affection also. :D Great chapter *onto the next*
