Well, you certainly are a tease, aren't you, when we want to see what Harry is thinking, you put the chapter in Severus' POV but when we want to see what Severus is thinking, you put the chapter in Harry's POV, anyway, I like chapters in Severus' POV more.

REally enjoying the story. Thank you.
Is there any Canon exchange rate for Galeons?
I guess a shopping trip will be fun.
I like the interaction between Harry and Severus. It's still very awkward with neither of them knowing how to deal with the changes in their relationship and perceptions of each other. Poor Harry, what a blow to realize that the Dursleys did receive money to care for him, but that they still denied him so many basic necessities.
I loved the letters, very cleverly written, and the conversation between Snape and Harry was very interesting, with all the undercurrents and misunderstandings. Loved Snape's comments about pumpkin juice; I've always thought that the reason why he is so strict is that Potions is a disaster waiting to happen...
Author's Response: Yeah, I alway imagined Sev praying to the gods of chem teachers and potions masters "I know one day a student will blow up my lab, but please don't let it be today."
Oooh this story is getting go~od!

Severus sounds out of his element. He should consult a counselor about Harry, or have Harry start seeing one. Great chapter.
Author's Response: Yeah, Sev's people skills need some work.
