Nice reworking of canon. Your Snape and Harry were both believable, although I found your Sirius too uncontentious. Mind you, I like yours a lot better--it's how he should have been, in my opinion. Still, he differs from canon Sirius that way. This was well worth reading. Thank you for all your hard work.
Author's Response: I usually make Sirius less canon Sirius. Canon Sirius bugged me like none other for some reason. Thanks for the review. :D

Great job. I'd love to read more, but yes, it's a wonderful story, and it does stand well on it's own.
