Ad for the confusion, Harry was worried that if the Order of the Phoeix had been watching him (for his safety), than they ight know about the little boy he had with him and since Snape was a member of the Order than he might already know more than Harry wanted him to. If Snape knows about the boy than he wouldn't have much trouble putting together e similarities in the letter and what is going on. This is only IF the whole Order has in facteen informed etc. Hope that clears it up.

Haha, thanks, I have to edit Snape's reply about 3 times to make sure it's proper english and incharacter so I'm glad my work has paid off! :). And you're assuming that Harry won't be able to get out of that confrontation, remember that this is the worst possible scenario in which could happen to him. Unless you arefering to when he sees Snape again, because in that case you're right...not even Harry is that good of an actor.
