I have to say that I really didn't like book 6 fat all, so I'm glad you're deviating from it for the most part. I'm also thrilled to find that Harry is focusing on improving and using his brain, even if only in an effort to keep Toby safe and close by. I really like how this is going. I never understood how Harry persisted in remaining lax and lazy, even in the face of so many challenges. He had to have more smarts than he showed or he would have failed out of school.

I like it a lot so far! Justr one little thing: You nearly always use the word combination "in which" when only "Which" would be considered correct grammatically. "In which" means something like "in doing so" or "whereat", while you obviously only use it as a relative pronoun. In that case, the "in" is actually wrong and misleading. But other than that, it's a really amusing and original fic and plot! I'm really curiois to learn, how Snape can be both their fathers...

Loved it! The dueling no-verbely especially. It was very well done and I am loving the quick chapter updates. I am hoping to se lots more letters in the future, but overall is was superb!

You do all the characters very in-character and I congradulate you on that. I also lo how all your chapter names have a sort of meaning behind it. It was very well structered.

I look forward to the next chapter emensly! BYE!!!

This story is so great. I like Toby a lot because he seem so sincere and naive, and Harry like a father figure by my opinion it´s amazing idea. Your writing style is really fascinating I´m not a english native speaker so I find it kind of more interesting than styles of different authors. Thank you for your updates I am looking forward to nex chapter.

Author's Response: Thanks, I'm thrilled to read your comments. I'm glad you like my writing and the story. Thanks for the review.

I like this story a lot and can't wait to read more, although I do find it hard to fathom that Harry would have been able to figure out that Toby was possibly Snape's son. I see people who resemble each other all the time but I hardly jump to the conclusion that they're related; I find that hard to believe. However, the rest of this story is quite interesting and I'm excited to read more.

    Author's Response:

Thanks, glad to hear it. I understand what you mean, Harry thought that with no idea if he was right or not but simply because that's who he was reminded of. Toby looks almost EXACTLY like Snape, except younger and nicer. He also acts a bit like him and it's just what Harry thought, and than it had him wondering if it's possible. However, if he were to truly consider and believe it than have it proven or something similar, he would probably - deep down - be just a shocked as everyone else. I know what you mean but there is just such a strong resemblence that it would seem impossible for theboy to look like Snape and not be his son, so naturally it was easier to think of him that way, i that makes any sense.

    Thanks for your review.

    Great idea!

You have me intrigued by the pensieve incident!

It will be interesting to see the conflict between Harry's new priorities and old interests.

I also like how Toby formed a different opinion about Snape despite what Harry said. He seems quite intuitive! It would be cool to have another encounter with Snape, before the discovery.

I'm looking forward to more letter exchanges, too! Maybe Harry will start seeking parenting advice from Snape...things could get interesting!

    Keep up the good work!

    Author's Response:

Thanks. Yeah, I'm taking my time with that incident since it's an important plot point. And true, as time goes along Harry will begin to experience that conflict. Because when he has to devote all his spare time to a child, the things he wants to do will take second priority. Yes, Toby is quite like his father in that way ;). There will be a few more Snape encounters before the discovery, in fact they will even have a face-to-face soon enough.

The letters start as mentioned, such as for the potions questions, but I created them for another reason, so yes, Harry will be writing about more off-topic things as well. As for parenting advice...hm, would one really dare to ask that of Severus Snape? And they will get interesting the more the correspondance goes along.

I will, and thank-you for your review! :)
