As a former librarian, I am happy to hear that Irma will be in upcoming chapters of the story. She rarely turns up and I am looking forward to reading what part she will play.

I think you have some very unique, creative ideas. You write realistic situations, and the dialogue feels natural. Please, though - you often use the word 'worst' when 'worse', and confuse the correct usage of than / then; it would remove a small irritant if you would fix that. Yet, overall that is such a small thing, and the storyline is quite interesting! I am eagerly awaiting the unwravelling of the deception, and when Snape finds out / accepts that he has fathered 2 sons!! Plus, I have to feel for Toby - yes, this life is much better than the orphanage, but it can't be good, really, with Harry so busy, Toby is lonely... Also, I am worried about that witch's role. Was she someone that families / witches hire to take their little bastard children to a muggle orphanage, to hide indiscretions? Or is it far more sinister than that - with her having been to the orphanage just before it burnt down?
i'm really loving this fic!

Loved It! Loved It! Loved!
This chapter is by far the best. It has what could become a slight friendsship between Harry and Draco (YAY!), Hilarious Snape, it was just... YAY!
The number of moments I wanted to urst out laughing were truly huge. And I know I have stated favoutite quotes fo chapters before but this one has truly taken the cup: The moment Severus started speaking of lost donkeys and hungry families was the day he began to plan his retirement. HILARIOUS!!
It is so easy to imagine to. Snape, not daring to saw such things instead writes it down on some parchment and thrusts it at Irma to deal with. These chapters are getting funnier each time!
Draco helping Harry was such and 'awe Draco really does have some form of heart' moment! I hope they become friends instead of rivals in the (very near :D) future. You did Draco very well, you ke him in character whilst still making him help Harry in the process. Wonderful!
The number of exclimation marks in here astounds even me. This chapter was just so good! Words cannot describe how much I loved it. However.... one downside is that there was no letters here either. You state in your summary that this does revolve around Harry giving answers to Toby by asking Snape questions, yet we are lucky to see a letter once every one or two chapers!
Ignoring that this chapter was just marvelous!, fabulous!, brilliant! and.. well, you get the picture.

Oh, now this is an interesting twist. Can't wait for more, and see if Snape can figure it all out.
