Whoa! Quite a fascinating start to the story! I can understand Harry's fascination with his father and brother, but I'm wondering where he will draw the line concerning future self-sacrifice involving Kenai (cool name! -- does it have a meaning?). Also, I'm REALLY wondering when Snape will get his hands on Harry's journal! It seems inevitable at some point, right?! (My cell phone is having issues reviewing, so if I don't review again soon, be assured that I AM reading! :-) )
Author's Response: Kenai is both a Hawaiian and an Alaskan name. As an Alaskan name it means bear (I believe). I always liked it anyhow. It's funny that you're reading this now because I've been re-reading this all day so I can get to where I've left off and finish up the last few chapters. Have no fears about the journal! A great chapter at last they are beginning to understand each other but if Harry accepts the excuses over the Dursleys he is mad that was no excuse why did he not check up on his own child?
that was very unexpected....waiting for the next chapter!

Only three more chapters? I love this story so much that I don't want it to end so soon. I can't wait to hear Severus' plan. Could you or would you write a one-shot or something with more information on the mothers, especially Kenai's?
Author's Response: Sorry but no. I realize that people want to know more about Kenai's mother but I really don't see the need in this particular story other than what I've already detailed. She wasn't meant to be a part of the story at all other than that she gave birth to Kenai and was sort of the cause for Severus' break up with Lily. I do apprecaite your review however and I do appreciate hearing what readers want. Thank you.
