Great chapter! I really like the changes in Dudley and Vernon ( as much as I can in characters I’ll never truly like). Who Vernon is dating and to whom she is related was beyond funny!
This was a touching chapter. Fertility issues have their own kind of pain, and you captured this well. I hope Echo and Severus are successful in their fertility efforts, but I hope even more that they continue to find happiness together regardless.

That was a touching hand off from Severus to Bill. I was so sad though to think of Severus saying bye to a role he personifies.

I was nervous about Harry heading out on his own, but I guess he’s older now and knows the castle. I like this transition from Severus to Bill as an opportunity for Severus to reflect on where he’s been and where he wants to end up. I love that Bill is gaining a whole new respect for Severus in learning how he took care of his House.
The race was gripping and fun! I love the idea of racing as its own sport with its own culture surrounding it. Draco’s bequest was touching.
