I really wish I'd started reading this story before now! It's a great idea and I can't wait to read more.

That was really moving...poor Snape--poor Harry. I'm glad that Harry didn't react to the story Snape told him. I hope he continues to think and not speak until he knows what to say.

Author's Response: Yeah, those were sort of my sentiments for Harry's reaction. Thanks so much for the review!

Great job! I feel so bad for Severus!

Author's Response: Yeah, he does get a bit of a raw deal in life, doesn't he? Poor bugger, with Harry having to witness it too! Thanks for the review JAWorley!

Awesome chapter! Wow, great job with Snape and having him take that potion. You wrote him well. There could be more descriptions, I feel like I'm reading osmething and not like I'm watching something, or that I'm actually there. But that is a style critique. I do enjoy your style.

Amazing story and great development. Good job with Harry's thoughts and everyone is in character. I really enjoy reading your story and can't wait to read more!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review Jan! I know there probably isn't as much description as there could be but: a) I didn't want to overdo it. And b) my problem is that I am so imaginative that in anything I write or read I don't really need much for description because I'm so visual. Anyway, thank you so much for the review and constructive criticism! I will totally try to incorporate more desciption, and have been trying to do so, though I  tend to forget sometimes! ;) Well, cheers!

Tense. I love Snape's reaction to Harry crying out - so angry and protective, and you've managed to convey that it about two sentences. Good going =)

Author's Response: I was pretty happy with it too! Thank you for reviewing!

Poor Severus. It seems like he is reliving the worst moments of his life. Although, the first hallucination, the flying blue deer with butterfly wings, is pretty funny. Can't wait for the next chapter!

Author's Response: I thought I'd throw something funny in there too, and thank you for reviewing.

Weird, yeah, but it had to be weird. I liked it a lot!

Author's Response: Glad you liked it. And I sort of thought it had to be a sort of uncomfortable scene anyways, in order for Harry to see some things, and for the reader to get a true glimpse into Snape really.

I love it. If I were Harry or Snape I would ask the judge to clean the pin with the same wet cloth and then prick McTavish or any other member of the court or person in the room, and then they would see that McTavish is the wizard and he's using it against anyone who he doesn't like. Or at least that's what Snape or Harry could say.

Author's Response: Yeah, that is smart, but unfortunately McTavish split them up to make it so much harder for them. Not ot mention, who would believe a bunch of "witches"? Clever idea!
