Reviews For Oh, My Easter Bonnet!
Author's Response: I don't even know what you mean by that. But maybe the story wouldn't seem dumb if you read the entire series instead of trying to read this one by itself. It's meant to follow the Never Again series, not be read as a stand alone. It was written upon request by a friend of mine, who remembers Easter fondly with her local Easter egg hunt and parade of Easter bonnets contest. It would make a lot more sense if you read the series from the beginning, then maybe you'd understand the family dynamic better--here, Harry is a normal child, and not the BWL. There is no Voldemort in this series, merely a little boy whose attitude gets him in hot water a lot and a father who is a Master Healer and was never a spy a DE or anything like the books.
Such a cute family! Can't wait to read more! Author's Response: Thanks so much!
I'm so happy to see a new story for this series! I missed it so much! Author's Response: Yes, she is!
I'd been hoping you'd produce one of your seasonal interludes, and as I've just re-read the Never Again series this is perfect timing. It was long enough ago when I originally read them that I'd forgotten the detail, so the stories were just as good second time around. Author's Response: Great! I just updated this again by the way. Chapter three is now up. For some reason, I don't think people got the alerts.
I like how Eileen somehow manages to get her way. Is there any doubt what House she'll be in? Poor Inky! My kid sister used to dress our cat up like that. And Harry, that was really funny! Update soon. |
