Great chapter! I loved how Harry went out to play in the rain, and he was just so funny, asking all those questions without waiting for an answer! You're doing a great job of Snape slowly warming up to Harry. I really liked how Harry realized that he was glad that he wasn't Dudley, as this is an important realization for anyone when they compare themselves to the other Dudleys of the world. It really struck a chord for me when Harry realized he was happy, because I know that sometimes it takes something good to happen for you to realize that you weren't happy.

Good story. You really bring young Harry to life with some nice original touches.
