A lot of story packed into a short chap! Ministry brainwashing-- ugh! Probably explains Snape's memory loss. But now I'm wondering about Hermione's scar-- at least Snape's situation distracted her from the shawl momentarily! And poor Harry-- always angsting, even though not everything is always his fault...
Author's Response: Ministry brainwashing will come into light in future chapters... let's just say it wasn't nice, obviously. Hermione (& Ron) will be frequent guests at the Potters', as will Mrs. Weasley, so there's a chance that there will be something more about the scar in the future.

Oh, wow! I'd never considered the need for a metamorphmagus child to have an I.D. bracelet-- good one! Glad to see Severus slowly regaining memories, but it still makes me wonder what caused his loss in the first place. Good exposition throughout this chapter!
Author's Response: Thank you! Teddy being able to change his looks however he likes at the moment is bound to cause trouble, isn't it?

Terrific start to the story! Now I'm burning with curiosity to see what Harry will do if he finds that he's actually "stuck" with Snape! Great that he originally wanted to free him, but if that's not possible-- awesome premise!
