Wow, awesome chapter! I really love Roan house, all the secrets and hints about Dumbledore and his sister. I am very curious, and I can't wait to see what trouble Snape and harry get into at this house, and what the house will do back. There is a sentience in this house, very good job showing that with the descriptions and actions. I am very much enjoying this story and hope to read more soon! Thank you for the update!
Author's Response: Thank you very much Jan_AQ! I'm glad Roan has gathered interest already - I'm quite looking forward to writing out Snape & Harry as they come to learn more about their summer home. The next update is due on Sunday (Here's hoping I submit it on time! XD)
FANTASTIC! I'm LOVING this! Amazing writing! I especially love this section: "What were you thinking?" He hissed softly, black eyes flashing dangerously. "That perhaps by growing up unloved and reviled by his relatives, he would be so grateful to our world he would die for it?" Really great!
Author's Response: Ahh thank you so much! I'm glad you're liking it so far - and I really enjoyed writing that particular part. <3 I always did feel there was a bit of lamb to the slaughter going on in the books, so it was really enjoyable to have Snape point it out XD

Well done, so far. I have to admit to liking the detail of your writing. It is not too dense, nor too light, and the dialogue fits in nicely (which can be rather hard to do). There is still a certain...ambivalence...about Harry's treatment--as it is obviously abuse, but we do not know how severe. I commend you on your work so far, and hope to read more soon.
