Oh, this story is so intriguing!
I like the effect of your short scenes, cutting back and forth between the different charachters, and how you start each scene in the middle of the action. At the same time, your story reads smoothly, and it's not apparant to me that English isn't your first language. May I ask what is?
Looking forward to seeing how the dunderheads survive the dungeons!
Interesting story. I'm looking forward to the next installment. I'm really curious to see where you're going with it.

Despite your not so perfect English this is a good story. I'm enjoying it so far.
Perhaps the only thing I might have done differently at this stage is actually had the cauldron explode and hurt someone (a student or even Snape, or perhaps even both), even just a minor injury - so Snape had a (better) reason to send another student to the door to try to get out, however without knowing your plans for the direction of this I suppose this is a premature judgement. I imagine you have lots of incidents planned for the next 21 days.
