I love this! Snape's automatic assumption that he was hallucinating Harry was great - and then his reaction when Ron started talking to him made me laugh. I like the idea of Harry looking more like Lily than James just for Snape's reaction. Great job.

Wow. I've got kind of mixed emotions about this one.
I'm not quite sure that I like Snape as a drinker, but I do LOVE his reaction to Harry looking so much like Lily - especially the part where he thinks that it's all a hallucination.

I actually got the idea because I my roommate was re-watching all the movies and I couldn't help but think of all the stuff poor Sevy has to deal with every single day...yeah...he had to get plastered to deal with first years. lol. Lovely premise; I really like the idea of Snape's first class of the year being carried out in an alcoholic daze; okay, it's not exactly in character- Snape isn't the type of man who'd allow himself to be at any disadvantage amongst his students- but, on the other hand, yes, it's a good explanation for his behaviour in that class lol! Sharp, funny dialogue. Very well written

This - this is most definitely a particular favorite of mine, Ebbs. The more I read it, the more I it makes me laugh. The image of Snape poking at Harry to see if he's real or no! LMAO.
