I am a little confused about something. Why didn't Lily remove certain memories - like Severus did - and then get others obliviated? Aren't there some things she will need to remember?

Great chapter, though I agree with Severus, he shouldn't have been made to aplogize to Lucius! Lucius was being a jerk and he's the one who should aplogize to Sev, I don't care how old he is. First thing you've written I've disagreed with, just don't let it happen again! ;) heh heh heh
Severus and Lily may have been punished for digging up the yard and forbidden to look at the book but I think the temptation will be too much for at least one of them. The punishment suited the crime and made them think, at least for now.
