Harry is collecting quite a family. It sounds like a happy one, something that Harry, Sev and Celia didn't have before. It's nice to see Sev opening up to others emotionally this time around.
You put the thoughts as well as the actions in italics. It is very distracting. The thoughts should in italics, and the actions regular type.
"and had opted to return to Hogwarts as the Transfiguration teacher" Use either professor or teacher, not both.

Wow, harsh. I hate how people consider anything out of the ordinary evil. Poor Dudley, it's the worse place in the world to be, between your wife and your child. Post again soon, please. This is a great story.
Loved the chapter, but could you please change the font color to black or something? The current font does not like the nightime background, so my eyes are blurring. I should have started reading this when it first came out, yeah? *chuckles* You two work well together.
Oh, I had a feeling that was what Dudley was going to want. Great update. I hope that Celia gets the chance to be happy.
I don't know where she'll fit but as long as she doesn't try to come between Sev and Lily or the bond between Sev and Harry I don't care.
Wow. That was unexpected. It's nice that Harry and Dudley finally made peace though having his daughter be a witch was clearly a shock to Dudley. It will be interesting to see how Celia fits into the mix of kids. You come up with the neastest story twists!
Goodness, this was a surprise! Harry's saving people radar seems to be active again. I wonder though, since Harry is already contacting the WCS for those two boys, couldn't he find a better home for Celia? I'm sure there are a lot of wizarding families that do not have any children of their own who would love to take Celia in. Just food for thought. :) I can't wait to see what happens next!
