I love when Harry turns to Sirius and asks him if there was any objection from him, and Sirius was real hurried to tell him otherwise, lol
Its really good, makes me want to countinue to read to see what happens next :)
Oh my, Bright Shadow is a handful. More adventures to come? I cant' wait to read
Awww I hope he can! Surely Ginny can't say no to such a cutie?!? Lol :)

Loving this story. Not so sure if the Potters should keep the fox. They already have 3 kids one of which is a new baby. Plus the family already has at least 1 animal to look after (I'm assuming the family might have more like a family owl that we haven't met yet)
I mean I think at some point Ginny and Harry are going to need to teach Alby that it is possible for him to help and look out for animals without hauling every single one of them home to become his next familiar. Otherwise the poor Potter family is going to be over-run soon. LOL!
Can't wait for more!
Author's Response: They have 2 owls, but the fox wouldn't be Alby's familiar, but Severus'. I think that most wizarding families have several owls, maybe a cat or two depending on how many kids they have and if they all have a familiar. The Weasleys are a good example. They had at least 3 owls, plus Ron's rat, and then Ginny gets Pigwidgeon, which I'd say she still has. Harry lost Hedwig, so it's doubtful whether he has another owl, and the only other owl is Honeygold. So a fox wouldn't be too bad, my sister has 5 cats, 2 dogs, 1 bearded dragon, and a ball python, so talk about a menagerie! She had birds too once but they've since died. I think that at most, Alby might bond one other animal and then that would be it, because even a Beast Master can only have so many familiars. They're kind of like friends, and while you can speak to many people, only a few are real friends. The rest are acquaintances.

Cute chapter. I really like the idea of Dudley having a daughter with magic. Shame he ended up married to someone that doesn't understand it all.
While the fox is cute, I'm not sure Ginny's going to let the family keep the fox. The house is really crowded as is with all those kids and Alby's already got one familiar. If I were Ginny I'd probably try to find another solution....maybe the fox could stay with Molly and Arthur? Or maybe Hermione and Ron could take care of the fox? Or perhaps there's a shelter they could take it to?

Cute!!!! I hope so, cause it seems like he is beginning a Familiar bond with her.
Dudley's change of heart toward's magic certainly has annoyed his wife and parents. It's a good thing that he, at least, is standing up for his magical daughter. My maiden name was Fox so they are special for me. I can't imagine Ginny saying no to Sev. Harry's household is really growing.
poor little fox. I think they should keep the fox cause i mean who could resist a look from Sev like that. But they will have to make sure that the mama is in fact dead.
