Reviews For When the Lights are Down
Author's Response: Well I can't answer that question yet but I'm glad you like it! It's the first thing I ever written in English, so it's pretty hard sometimes.
Thansk for taking your time to review!
Author's Response: I discuseed this chapter with my beta and she thought as well it would be better to "rush" it as you say and discribe it into memories then to write it all because I have no experience with it. You can get information from research, but it still isn't the same. So I rather do it this way then to make some (stupid) mistakes.
Thanks for taking your time reviewing!
Author's Response: I have no clue what it's like, expect from hwat I saw from movies and read in stories, and I always try to put myself in Harry's situation and think what I would feel and how I would react. But I'm not Harry. So it's very difficult, but in some way fun (I like writing/reading heavy emotions) to describe and write those parts. I don't want to over do it, nor do I want to take it "lightly" because it's not. And I think it's really great of you that you stopped and I think you need a lot of determination to stop (sorry if I'm irritating you or annoying you with saying this). I have a lot of respects for people who overcome their addiction.
Thanks for taking the time to review.
Really enjoying this story. Though, regrettably, I did laugh at this bit, "Words were unnecessary, they could only do him harm," cos all I could think of was Depeche Mode. I'm a terrible person...xD But I loved it :D Author's Response: Guilty.... I think I kind of borwed them from Enjoy The Silence. Wonderful song!
Thanks for the review!
Author's Response: Thansk for taking your time to review. Snape will, of course, play a major part in this story, but there are still some obstacles on the way. |
