Really enjoyed this beginning. Can't wait to see how detention with Snape pans out. Harry's not going to be able to fob him off with excuses for his behaviour and also good that Snape is the one to find out that Harry's drinking. I wonder if Snape is going to have a chat with Dumbledore regarding the Golden Boy's drinking habits. Looks like Harry might find out about 'tough love' sooner rather than later. ;)
Great writing. I'm enjoying Harry's thoughts and his internal logic and also what we've seen of Snape's as well. Wonder what Snape made of Harry's laughter in Potions now that he's seen him like this?
