I can't deny I'm glad the next chapter will be a bit lighter - even though I thoroughly enjoyed this one despite it being so sad. I really liked how you wrote Sirius, giving him a proper adult character without making him unrecognisable.

Author's Response: Thank you for the review rosina! I'm sort of glad it will be a bit more cheerful too, to tell the truth! I'm glad you like Sirius, as I have put a lot of thought into his character, so it's good to see it shows! Cheers!

Severus can't die, the books were heart breaking enough. Sev needs to see his son's grow up and have families of their own. Poor sevy should die when he's two hundred; surrounded by his son's , grandkids and great grandkids.

Author's Response: You certainly have a good case now, that is for sure. You'd best be crossing those fingers for a miracle then ... The only reason why I can bear this is that while all of this is tragic, I know that some things do end up being alright. Some, but not all.

Oh, I hope the doe's a good omen... that was such a sad chapter (great writing, though!).

I liked Snape and Black's conversation; they weren't being uncharacteristically friendly, but you could still tell that they're no longer enemies.

    Looking forward to more!

Author's Response: Glad you liked it Sita, and thanks for the feedback on the writing; I was wondering whether people were rating the chapter lower because the writing is bad or because they're horrified I'm trying to kill of Severus, so I'm happy to know it's still good. Glad you liked the conversation, and that you can tell they no longer truly hate eachother. I appreciate the feedback greatly, especially here because I was wondering what people would think of the conversation.

Yes, that is dark and our Sev isn't going to die - is he?? Can't stand to see it happen twice

Author's Response: I'm not going to tell you now, am I?

nooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why re you killing sev off! why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Author's Response: Well, he's not dead yet. And, just in case your question is not rhetorical, my answer is ... conflict. Every story needs conflict. *dodges hexes and runs*.

*weeping* Oh, no! I'd been thinking it was a wizarding version of Tuberculosis, but this is awful!

Poor Sev! And poor Harry and Draco, once they find out!

No cure... ugh! And I bet that even if they'd be able to do a lung transplant (assuming a compatible lung could be found from a donor source), the disease would probably take over the new one(s).

I look forward to the angsty future chapters, and I'm going to hope that there will be a hopefully happy ending to this tale. And thanks for the new addition to the HP fanon list of wizarding diseases... this is giving me ideas... *grin*

    Well done!

Author's Response: Well, good on your for that great hypothesis. I did purposefully make it similar to TB. Thank you so much Rhyselle for the feedback. That, and I had never heard of HP fanon before, which is really cool! Go ahead and throw Lethifold Syndrome up there if you really want, just make sure to credit me for the creation.  :)

Oh no... poor poor Severus. Now that he finally has a family and perhaps even romance on the horizon...

I hope someone can find a solution (maybe Harry can??), but I'm worried about the "Character Death" warning... though that could be Dumbledore...

Anyway, great job with this chapter! It'll be the hardest thing for Severus to tell the boys.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review. It is nice to hear your opinions and speculations and whatnot!

Looking forward to more and some Harry and Draco angst perhaps.

Author's Response: Oh yeah, there'll be some more Harry and Draco angst in the next couple of chapters. Thanks for dropping a line!
