Awesome beginning to this story. Though wonder why Severus didn't check Harry's story by reading his mind. But I suppose Severus's quite upset.
Author's Response: Occlumency doesn't always play a part in stories on P and S, and it would have been rude for Severus to just break into Harry's mind I think. I know some authors like to have him just look into Harry's mind, but I don't think it's always a good thing to have him do that. Thanks for the review.

Awww... Now I'm gonna go crazy waiting for the next update...
Anyways, I loved this chapter. Draco and Harry becoming brothers of sort and Ron and Draco bonding... not to mention, that Draco kept his promise to be the first to ride Harry's new broom, even it's his best friend third-hand Shooting Star.
Also, I like how you portray Ginny in here. More often than not, the pair comes across as an adoring fan-girl and as indulging Celeb. I'm glad, Harry sees her as a "partner" here and though it's not really my OTP (Harry does better with Ron or one of the twins, IMO)I would love to see where and how you get them together.
Also, thanks for not making 'Moine the voice of reason and Ron a little more mature than most give him credit for.
PS... I LOVE SNAPE!!!! (Just wanted to get that off my chest)

I think Ron would be too proud to accept the fancy expensive broom... but I'm glad that Harry has kicked his drug habit (for now anyway)!!

Loved how Harry reacted to Dumbledore, I loved the angst in this chapter
Nice bit of fluff. It is so good to do something for others - very uplifting. Nice chapter.
Nice chapter. Especially Sev's thoughts in the end. It is much harder to realise a child is troubled if he behaves good. Too good is as giveaway as bad, but much harder to realise.
