Nice beginning. You need a beta, though. (And yes, I'm volunteering.) "Persay" is not a word, for instance; you mean the Latin phrase "per se." You also tend to scatter in random apostrophes. Mistakes like these unnecessarily distract the reader and detract from your excellent storytelling and characterization skills. I'm looking forward to reading this story, in any case.
I always enjoy a time travel theme. It looks like Harry has already convinced Snape. It will be interesting to see what changes he manages.
