I'm sorry...I've actually enjoyed reading this story up until this point, but a huge portion of this chapter is taken word-for-word from another story on fanfiction with no credit to the author. I know this is a few years old and you may not see it, but I feel the need to point this out. If there is an explanation for this, then please put a disclaimer, but I don't think you are the same person as your writing style is totally different.

Author's Response: I believe that Dumbledore is upset about the fact that his protection wards need to be changed and that Harry will be going to a home where his magic could be nurtured in a way in which Dumbledore may or may not approve (in other words he is losing power over Harry and he is not happy about it). Snape of course has no idea that Dumbledore is doing any of this and is doing what comes naturally to him. Looking after his family. Thanks for the great review and I'm glad I was able to elicit such emotion in someone reading my work! :) Write on!

Author's Response: Thank you for your wonderful review. I've actually been wondering whether or not to end the piece there but I will wait and see where my muse chooses to take me.
