I think Draco's revenge was a bit over the top! Forcing students to stay up that late and then expect them to attend classes is ridiculous and completely uncalled for!
You know I just realized something. Hermione cabpn be a real smug bitch at times. A lot of the trouble that they get into over the years is her idea then she gets pissed because Ron and Harry do something without her.
