Oh, very good! I really like this story so far! Harry is very believable in his insecurities, and I like Sam and Joanna. It's nice to see a Snape who's moved on, and isn't pining for Lily forever.
The only small criticism I have is Harry's broken ribs - if they'd really been broken, they would have hurt him very badly, and I don't think he could have walked around for days and gotten into a fistfight without letting on about it.
Great story, I hope to see more soon (and I hope Snape can find it within himself to share his newfound home with Harry).
Author's Response: I've had that criticism before on other stories, but I know people who have had broken ribs and it didn't phase them, they continued to go to school and work because there's not much that can actually be done for broke ribs except wrap them. Some people have a high tolerance for pain, and in this story like many others Harry does because he's used to it. He was in pain but he was used to not being allowed to go to the doctor and so did not complain. I've had many broken bones, so I do know what kind of pain it is to break things. I broke my leg, three toes, a collar bone, and five fingers. When I broke my leg it hurt and I stayed off of it but I still sat all day at school with it and then all evening at home before I got to go to the doctor for it, and as long as I reduced movement it was ok.
Thanks for the review.
