Reviews For Winter Lace
Just so imaginative and poignant. Author's Response: I used to think winter was such a drab time of year. Then, about 10 years ago, I suddenly became aware of "winter lace" at sunset, and I fell in love with looking at all the different tree patterns silhouetted against the glowing skies. It was difficult deciding WHICH types of tree shapes to include in the story, and yet, they ALL combine to create the black lace! I suspect a number of readers are going to become "lace watchers" themselves! It's such fun! // Thank you so much for working with my story to get it posted, Pandora! I don't know why the formatting is such a mess, but I truly appreciate the dedication of the P&S admins in helping me get my writing on the site. You guys are AWESOME!!! And many, many thanks for all of your reviews! :-D
Wonderful story!!! Author's Response: Believe it or not, that Christmas tree scene came out of nowhere-- I had not planned it to play out as a "therapy" tool. But as Harry made his first confession, my pen suddenly ran away with the story, and more and more decorations appeared, then the tree got bigger and bigger... I think I ended up as amazed as Harry himself! So glad you're enjoying it! And thanks for this review!
Author's Response: This turned into a kind of (Snape's) Pride vs. Potter situation, but Snape finally got over himself and did what he should've done in the first place. As for going back... If it's Dumbledore's decision, who knows... But thanks again for another review! ;-)
Something tells me that Snape is going to find out soon what's going on. Graet first chapter. Author's Response: Yep! Snape's definitely suspicious. Personally, I think he probably used Legilimency to find out what Harry and Ron had been up to wearing Slytherin uniforms... Thanks for the review! |
