I like this warmer and tender-hearted Snape. He’s just what Harry needs.

Snape’s trying so hard to be understanding amidst his pain and fatigue. I hope Harry sees that.

I loved the imagery of little Harry, with his faded orange cap, playing on the shore with Severus standing like a sentinel on the cottage porch.
