Wow, I've never read anything like this. It's impressive how you keep all of the identities so distinct and transition smoothly from one to another.
I'm wondering how Tom obtained his knowledge of the magic world and how he seems to have been around before Harry was alive (?). His name also suspiciously reminds me of Riddle; is that just a coincidence?

No, it's not just a coincidence. ;) Essentially, Tom is the Horcrux. Just, y'know, with a personality of his own, and he's been changed a LOT by living in Harry's head.
