I thought things were starting to run a bit too smoothly between Harry and Snape - they're just not quite on the same wavelength yet despite best intentions, and it doesn't take much to knock back Harry's trust. Hopefully they can resolve their differences over Remus and move forward.

im loving this story, i really like the whole summer part and harrys interactions with the snapes. The amount of canon is starting to get annoying though... im working through it because i like all the weekly meeting and christmas ect but i feel like im just re-reading the 3rd book, which isnt half as good when we have to slog through the whole mystery of sirius when it isnt actually a mystery. i just think the story would be so much better if it focused more on snape and harrys interactions instead of just retelling the 3rd book, this chapter (34) is awesome because its going in a new way from canon... so yeah, its 2am in ireland and im still reading (even though i have to get up at 8!) and i just thought id let you know that i love your story and i cant wait to see what happens next!

I love that you showed that Harry could be competent/skilled/powerful and that Snape recognized it. It was also nice that he could see the connection of their patronuses. I appreciate how protective and committed he has become now that he is seeing Harry and not a mini James. I liked that it was the realization of Harry's vulnerability and understandable lack of trust that has helped further open Snape's eyes. He at chapter. Thank you!

hasn't Padfoot seen Harry and notice that Harry may have the last name Potter but is most definitely a Snape by blood.
